Prima masura dupa summitul UE: guvernul Boc trebuie schimbat urgent

Europa a eșuat în încercarea de a modifica tratatul UE, dar un pas înainte a fost, totuși, făcut, adică introducerea unor reglementări mult mai stricte în ce privește deficitele bugetare, ceea ce merită salutat. Poate, dacă ar fi făcut-o, Traian Băsescu nu ar mai fi pus, de-a dreptul hilar, problema încetinirii progresului statelor avansate ale UE, pentru a putea fi prinse și de altele din urmă, ci s-ar fi gîndit la metode ca să apăsăm noi pe accelerator.

Nu mai vorbesc că șeful statului s-a grăbit să aplice iar una dintre șmecheriile sale consacrate, aceea de a introduce pe agenda națională anumite teme care îi convin sub pretexetul că le cer cancelariile europene. Mă refer la iuțeala anunțului privind necesitatea modificării rapide a Constituției, pentru a fi pusă de acord cu noua decizie europeană privind deficitul bugetar, anunț care maschează, mai mult ca sigur, dorința rezolvării cu totul altor probleme politice, strict în beneficiul actualei puteri.

Fără asemenea măsură urgentă, perpetuînd vechile năravuri ale luării de decizii guvernamentale strict din perspective electorale, hrănind de la buget clientela politică și ignorînd adevăratele necesități la nivel național, România riscă să ajungă, pînă în toamna viitoare, într-o situație care ar putea sugera o Europă nu cu două viteze, cum s-a discutat pe la colțuri după summit, ci cu trei, după modelul butadei populare ”încet, încetișor și pi loc”. România fiind, evident, în a treia categorie.
